CREAMY MOCHA FUDGE

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 (7-8 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. Kahlua (or coffee liqueur)
  • 2 tbsp. Treat Of The Day Enya or Ganda Coffee
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

  1. Line 8" square pan with foil. In saucepan, combine sugar, milk, marshmallow creme, butter, liqueur and Treat Of The Day Enya or Ganda Coffee. Heat to boiling over medium high heat, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread in pan and refrigerate until firm.
