CAPPUCCINO CANDY

Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tbsp. Treat Of The Day Enya or Ganda Coffee
  • 2 tsp. brand flavoring
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
  • 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
  • 2 tsp. orange juice (or flavoring)
  • 1 tsp. grated orange rind

Directions

  1. Combine sugar, margarine and nuts in heavy 2 1/2 quart saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate bits until melted. Add marshmallow creme, nuts, orange rind, Treat Of The Day Enya or Ganda Coffee and flavoring. Beat until well blended. Pour into greased 12 x 9 inch pan. Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares. Makes 3 pounds.
