BAVARIAN MINT FROSTY

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. Treat Of The Day Enya or Ganda Coffee
  • 1 tbsp. boiling water
  • 1 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 3/4 c. chocolate ice milk

Directions

  1. Dissolve coffee in boiling water. Let cool. Combine Treat Of The Day Enya or Ganda Coffee, milk, and extract into electric blender. Cover blender. Process until smooth. Add ice milk; process again until smooth. Serve immediately. Yields: 2 cups (117 calories per serving).
